Thanksgiving

This year at Thanksgiving, we faced our first holiday-family dilemma: where are we going to go for Thanksgiving, and who are we going to spend it with? Luckily for us, both of our families live in Winchester! We were able to go to my grandparents' house to visit my side of the family until about 1, and eat with Andrea's side of the family at 2. It surprisingly worked out much more conveniently and smoothly than both of us had imagined. It was truly the best Thanksgiving I've ever had. It was like the best of both worlds. Being with my side of the family during the first part of the day was nuts. There were like 30 some odd people cramped in this little bitty country house, but it was fun to be in all the comotion. Being with Andrea's side of the family during the second half of the day was tons and tons of fun. We ate an incredibly delectable meal and played a fun couples' boardgame the rest of the evening. Andrea and I actually did very well competing agains Jennifer and Jeremy and Darrell and Pauline seeing as how they've all been married for quite some time, and we've only known each other since late spring. It was so much fun, and I wouldn't have traded our Thanksgiving for the world!
